Delete your PunchClock account

You can delete your PunchClock account (made by Ali Al-Timimi) and all its data at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open PunchClock and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. This needs an internet connection.

Without the app

Email support@aa-it.org from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your email address and your account.
• All your sessions, breaks and notes, and the log of your changes to them.

We keep nothing: that includes the sign-in records that hold your email and IP address. Our providers' own short-lived technical logs (for example web access logs) and backups expire on their own schedules, usually within days. See the privacy policy.
